1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Wishes and Wonders Travel Agency’s website ("the Website") or booking services through us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services. For further information, you can also review our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
2. Agency Role and Responsibility
Wishes and Wonders Travel Agency acts as a booking agent. We facilitate travel services provided by third-party suppliers, such as hotels, theme parks, cruises, tour operators, and airlines (collectively, "Suppliers"). We are not the direct provider of these services.
3. Third-Party Supplier Terms
Your booking is subject to the specific terms, conditions, and policies of the respective Suppliers (e.g., hotel cancellation policies, theme park rules and regulations and cancellation policies, cruise rules and regulations and cancellation policies, etc.). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all Supplier terms.
4. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations
Deposits: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure reservations unless otherwise stated.
Final Payments: Full payment is due by the date specified on your booking invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation by the Supplier.
Fees: Wishes and Wonders Travel Agency may charge planning, booking, or change fees, which will be communicated to you prior to booking.
Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations are subject to the Supplier’s cancellation policies. Refunds (if applicable) are processed by the Supplier and may be subject to Supplier and agency fees.
5. Travel Documentation
You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements. This includes obtaining and carrying valid Passports, Visas, and meeting all health and vaccination requirements for all destinations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wishes and Wonders Travel Agency assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising directly or indirectly from acts, omissions, or defaults of any third-party Supplier or by causes beyond our control (including Force Majeure events).
7. Travel Insurance
We do not provide or otherwise offer Travel Insurance and we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect your investment against cancellation, medical emergencies, trip interruption, and lost baggage. At your request, we are happy to provide suggestions for obtaining third-party Travel Insurance.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website.
